Objectives of the Scheme

• to develop in students a sense of responsibility towards the environment; and
• to nurture leadership among students and encourage them to take positive initiatives in improving the environment.

Duties of Environmental Ambassadors

• Promote environmental protection in their classes
• Ensure all electrical devices in their classrooms are switched off when leaving the home rooms.
• Put discarded sheets / newspapers in the recycling boxes.
• Maintain the recycling boxes intact and properly used.
• Promote the activities organized by Environmental Education Committee.
